Since launching Wanzl’s Trolleywise App in early June, we have attracted coverage in a number of national media. This has included prominent features in the Mirror and the Mail Online and ten television and radio broadcasts including The One Show and Midlands Today. In addition, the Trolleywise App has been covered within 265 regional publications with representation across England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey. In all, total exposure to more than 40 million people has been achieved.
This high level of media exposure has generated more than 8,000 downloads of the app, 6,500 visits to the Trolleywise website and over 300 new followers on our social media sites. This has resulted in over 2,000 trolleys reported so far.
Big name supermarkets including Asda, Sainsbury’s and Tesco along with the Canal & River Trust and UK Environmental Minister Lord de Mauley have publicly endorsed our Trolleywise App.
Our work with Trees for Cities to clean up ‘Blighted Britain’ continues with Trolleywise aiming to contribute a minimum of 2,000 trees into our UK communities each year.
